Second time: Add 4 times the amount of 95% ethanol to the filter residue, reflux for 1.5 hours, and filter.
Third time: Add 2 times the amount of 95% ethanol to the filter residue, reflux for 1 hour, and filter.
＊Combine Extracts: Concentrate under reduced pressure to obtain crude extract ointment.
3.Separation (Macroporous Adsorption Resin Method)
＊Resin Pretreatment:
Soak D101-type macroporous resin in 95% ethanol for 24 hours to swell, pack the column by wet method, and wash with distilled water until there is no alcohol odor.
＊Column Adsorption:
Dissolve the crude extract in water, filter, pass through the resin column at a flow rate of 2 BV/h, and re-adsorb the permeate 3 times. Wash with water to remove impurities such as carbohydrates and proteins.
